Conducts analysis in a systems and reporting capacity which may include a focus on experimental design, assessment, execution, measurement of current programs, evaluation of proposed programs, behavioral analysis, data mining, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, site selection, performance management, and other relevant statistical analyses.

• Contribute to development of Enterprise Data Warehouse to provide greater transparency on business performance and metrics Support business intelligence tool rollout
• Monitor and negotiate work activities with internal & external partners in order to coordinate timely and consistent delivery of high quality data, reporting and analyses
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and/or increased efficiency via what-if scenario analysis

To respond to instances of Fraud, whether it to be proactively discover it based on available data, or to reply to claims from fraud victims.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes various reports to detect the creation of fraudulent accounts. Using independent judgment within broad guidelines, the fraud specialist chooses to suspend or terminate accounts to protect client revenue
• Tracks the results of their actions to support reporting of trends and volumes
• Performs additional analysis of fraudulent accounts to determine patterns of fraudulent calling
• The Risk Management Associate notifies Carrier relations to block one or a range of terminating numbers that are receiving too many fraudulent calls
• Performs analysis of Credit Cards used in the establishment of the account, looking for other accounts linked to the bad card. In extreme examples, the Risk Management Associate notifies Network to initiate a block of the Credit Card for future use
• Performs additional analysis as they deem appropriate to determine linkages by e-mail or user name and make recommendations for monitoring or blocking
