| The SkillsPlex® Skills Library is composed of about 10,000 skills each with five levels of progressive proficiency for more than 200 business functions used to identify the skills necessary for performance, career development, succession planning, compensation, and more. Each skill group contains industry-standard job skills content used as templates to build a customer's unique skills architecture by job, position, and role.
Using industry-standard skill templates from the Skills Library, Peri prepares skill groups that reflect the unique skill requirements of your company. This results in skills standards by job, position and role, and provides skills-based career paths, identifies the skills needed for success, and establishes a basis for managing and locating people with the right skills as the right time.
The SkillsPlex® Library contains templates of skill groups for input into systems such as skills management, learning management, human resource, recruitment and other systems where skills-based information is required.
