GridMax's Backhaul has a simple easy to use browser based interface that supports grouping of meters, collectors and concentrators. Capabilities include event logging, alert generation and management, interface to SMS and telephony services, GIS fault and asset location information together with sophisticated reporting, access control, auditing and security. GridMax's Backhaul can support simple pilot deployments from a few hundred meters to a 10 plus million meter deployment.

With sophisticated internal data processing, GridMax's Backhaul can feed data directly and in near real time to MDMS for systems enabling complex billing functions, variable rate payment calculators, reporting, auditing, outage management and data analytics.
