PERI India Management Team

Here's a brief overview of the background of our senior management, who help to create the PERI difference in every engagement.

Rajesh Kumar - Director (Business Development), Non-US Markets

Rajesh is primarily responsible for driving the Business Development initiatives for PERI Solutions, outside of US. Vastly experienced in Sales, Marketing and Operations Management, Rajesh has spent over a decade in the Energy sector with stints in Indian Oil Corporation, ExxonMobil and Reliance Industries, where he has consistently shown an ability to meet objectives in diverse market conditions. He brings a customer perspective to the organization.

Rajesh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University and has completed his post graduation in business management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Siva V S - Vice President, Sales, Non-US Markets

Siva is primarily responsible for sales of PERI solutions and services outside US. To this position, he brings over 17 years of Sales and Business Development experience within the APAC region. Prior to joining PERI, Siva was with Thakral Brothers Pte. Ltd, a Singapore based conglomerate for over 10 years, establishing and driving their IT businesses in the APAC regions. He has extensive experience in the APAC markets having worked in Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia in addition to India. Siva holds a Master's Degree in Physics.

Sasi Kumar- Head of Human Resources Department

Sasi Kumar holds a Computer Science and Engineering degree from Anna University. He heads PERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (P) LIMITED's Human resources Department and is responsible for managing existing operations and implementing new operations processes within the organization, managing expectations across all departments, sharing responsibility for project success, the day-to-day management of organization processes, including performance management, plan monitoring and evolution, metrics development, and management; management of the procurement of all IT-related purchases, recommending infrastructure improvements and developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.

As well, being the Head of Human Resources Department in PERI, he handles the functions of recruiting, organizational departmental planning, performance management and improvement, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees, employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.

Sasi kumar has been instrumental in creating and maintaining an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment. He in intrinsically involved in consistent recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. He is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of PERI's business goals and assists and advises company managers about various inter departmental issues.
