Global Infrastructure Services & Solutions Pvt Ltd (GISS) is a unique public private initiative undertaken with the objective of promoting infrastructure development and serving the cause of Industry. Global Infrastructure Services & Solutions (T.N.) Pvt Ltd (GISS) is a special purpose vehicle promoted by TFSC (TANSTIA FNF Service Centre) and PERI for serving the cause of Small and Medium Enterprises. GISS is a special purpose vehicle promoted by PERI, USA for which TANSTIA FNF Services Centre (TFSC) is the technical collaborator. The Chief Operating Officer of TFSC, an IAS officer deputed by the Government, is the CEO of GISS.

TFSC is collaboration between Tamilnadu Small & Tiny Industries Association Chennai and Friedrich Naumann Foundation Germany, committed to the cause of Micro, small and medium enterprises.

GISS is formed to take up specific activities like project implementation and infrastructure development for SMEs, Creation of SEZ and Industrial Parks, establishing forward and backward linkages and export promotion.

PERI is associated with GISS as an specialist IT Consulting Partner, providing GISS customers with varied IT Services such as Implementation and Management of IT Infrastructure, Custom Application Development, Enterprise Communication Solutions among other services.

ESRI India (NIIT GIS Limited)

ESRI India (NIIT GIS Limited), a GIS Solutions company that endeavors to provide end-to-end GIS based solutions ranging from software products, application development, training, data conversion and technical support. NIIT GIS Limited is a subsidiary of NIIT Technologies and was formed in 1996 as a joint venture between ESRI Inc.(US) and NIIT Technologies (India).

USA based ESRI Inc. is the world leader in GIS Mapping and Solutions company and produces and markets the famous ArcGIS package. ESRI India provides to its customers the complete range of GIS solutions from ESRI Inc., GIS database design and organization, GIS application development, developing Enterprise-GIS solutions and education services. ESRI India is headquartered in New Delhi, India and operates through multiple Sales and Support offices in India, US and Singapore.

PERI has recently concluded a teaming agreement with ESRI India (NIIT GIS Ltd) to jointly offer a whole range of GIS services to clients including partipcating as a consortium partner in tenders.

PERI is currently working on multiple projects for Zensar which are expected to bear fruition within the next six months.
