Sarav Periasamy - Founder and CEO 
 
         Sarav Periasamy, Founder and CEO of PERI Software Solutions brings 12 years of IT, business development, team building and management experience. He has an engineering degree in Electronics and Masters Degree in Computer Science. He is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations, strategy, relationship building, execution, team building, direction and vision. Sarav has over 12 years of business development, project management, financial services and investment management experience. When Sarav finds time he participates in mentoring young engineers at PERI, teaching technology and finance.

Jay Paramasivam - Vice President Recruiting

        Jay is responsible for PERI's recruiting initiatives.  With over 18 years of IT career reflecting pioneering experience and record-breaking performance in recruiting, marketing software products, hardware products, and project executions. Jay has served as Manager, Asia Pacific Operations with BCC, USA and was responsible for recruiting, consulting, marketing software products, project executions, managing accounts and orchestrating post-sale professional services and resources. Jay held a position as Director Marketing with Apex Computers, a hardware manufacturer - as corporate head marketing where his responsibilities included designing marketing strategies and executing strategic business alliances. Jay holds an Engineering degree in Computer science from the University of Madras.

Perwez Mohamed - Vice President Marketing

          Perwez Mohamed oversees marketing strategy formation and is responsible for all marketing-related activities. He assumed the responsibilities in January 2004. Upon joining PERI's management team, Perwez has been instrumental in achieving many milestones in PERI's growth. Perwez possesses a wealth of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Brand Management & Marketing Communications gained over 10 years of experience. Perwez graduated from the University of Madras in 1995 with a Degree in Engineering and later gained a Master's Degree in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management in 1998.

Barry Atlas - Vice President Business Development

         Barry is responsible for the strategic business development and communications to all commercial and government markets for Peri.  To this position he brings over 30 years of experience in designing and implementing as well as selling and marketing highly advanced information systems projects.  Prior to joining PERI in 2007, he served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, at Logica Systems, where he oversaw the development and delivery of a diverse set of applications for this systems integrator. Barry has also held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MAI Business Solutions, a technology service organization.  Barry is a sophisticated technologist as well as business executive and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from William Patterson College

Kavitha Shetty - Director Financial Technologies

          Kavitha is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering with 11 years of experience working in the financial industries. She has diverse experience working in various Fortune 500 organizations including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. She has strong technical expertise in Financial Technologies related to Fixed Income, Equity, Trading, Settlement etc. She heads the Financial Technologies practice in PERI Software Solutions. She spearheads the work of PERI's Financial managers

Satish Chetty - Director Technology
           

         Satish is primarily responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the technology solutions including engineering services, network, telecommunications, infrastructure, training and global technology operations. Satish has extensive experience in architecting, designing, deploying, and managing global enterprise Internet infrastructure solutions at Red Hat, Netscape, America Online and Sun Micro Systems. He holds an engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering and Masters in Information Systems from American University, Washington DC. In his spare time, he teaches robotics and embedded systems programming. Satish is based out of Peri's Silicon Valley office in San Jose, California.
